I received my product with no problems. I am very satisfied with the product and with the delivery time. I would have liked an insert as to how to use. But I went on line and got the information I needed. I was very happy with the price.

The price was great and placing an order was easy. The shipping took 14 weekdays which is a long time, but that is clearly outlined on the website prior to ordering. A tracking number would have been nice. Regardless, I would still order from Pet Bucket again.
