Placed an order for advocate for my cats back in august, order was lost in transit after 20 days company shipped another. second one arrived in a week. I was very happy with the fast shipping the second time. however almost 3 months after placing my order I received the original shipment. called petbucket to ship order back to them but was told to just keep it or send it to a shelter or somewhere that could use it.. I don't even have words to describe how great this company was from not receiving my order originally to then receiving it months later.. will certainly order again the future and will tell everyone to order from here
