Great customer service!

I've been ordering for about a year now from PetBucket. Once, I only received half of my order. I called and spoke to customer service and they sent me a whole new shipment which they didn't really have to . I just wanted the other half. So awesome customer service. I don't belive I can find what I buy cheaper any place else, I have looked. Their prices are phenomenal !!

Have been buying meds for my dogs for years from Petbucket. Automatically every 3 months I am sent my order. I never have to worry about remembering to Order on time. They do all of that for me. What a relief. AND they have the best prices anywhere. Thanks Petbucket. I'll be a satisfied customer as long as I have Dogs.

This was my first order with Petbucket and I have to say it was a great experience. I was hesitant at first not knowing anyone personally who used this company but I decided to give it a shot. I emailed customer service and received fast response and super friend rep. Order defiantly arrived in a timely fashion. I will continue to order my pet supplies from them and highly recommend giving them a shot.
