I've been a Petbucket customer for 3 or 4 years now. I have never once had a problem with an order, nor have I ever found a better price elsewhere. The only negative I can think of is that it can take a while for the order to deliver in the US. However, that's not Petbucket's fault, it's just something that comes with international shipping. They do give clear warning before you purchase, and the option to Subscribe to an item easily makes it a non-issue. I have accidentally made a mistake when placing an order a few times. Their Customer Service has consistently been fast, friendly, and competent.
